Man what a lousy soggy day this has turned out to be. I am so glad that I got the firewood loaded up before it got all wet.

I have to fill up the gas tank for the generator and was going to add 110 gallons of fresh water...but with the nasty weather and the possibility of a freeze thursday night...I'll have to wait.  Looks like I'll be leaving work early on Friday to get ready...Someone PLEASE send us some nice weather....

Afternoon.  I just got home from shopping for the trip.  I'm not going to load the camper up until it stops raining.  Just have to pack our clothes and we'll be heading out on Thursday.  Still hoping Mark won't want to wash the camper before we go.  I'm guessing the rain will have a lot to do with that though :D

Kevin....
If you don't mind me asking, Why do you carry 110 gallons of water? That's an extra 900 pounds you are carrying. If it's special water, then I could understand. On long trips, I will add about 20 gallons, just in case the ladies need to make a pit stop. On short trips, I don't carry any extra weight, plus my camper has an on board filtration system on it....Just wondering.

Jimmy.....
You mentioned that you like washing your camper when it rains. If this is the case, I bet you have the cleanest camper in the club, because it rains all the time.....LOL

Richard...  The toyhaulers are designed front heavy empty due to the weight of the toys in the garage.  I add the water (and weight) to make up for lack of rear weight.  It reduces the pin weight on the rear axle of the truck.
