First of all, this seems like a wonderful forum here!  :-)

I was wondering if the members here all own RV's, campers, etc or if there are any tent campers?  If not, does anyone happen to know of a tenters message board or some northeastern FL resources for me?

Thanks so much!!!

Oh yay! That's what I was hoping to hear! We are new to the camping thing as a family of four...our girls haven't been yet, and we're still collecting gear, but we were really hoping to start jumping in to it this Feb!

Sounds great!  I'm sure your girls will really enjoy it?  If I may, how old are your girls.  If you check out the calendar on the right---->  It gives you all the upcoming camping dates and places we will be heading out to.  Our rally is March 3/7-3/9.

We have an almost 5 year old, and a 1 year old. I was just browsing thru and saw the rally info, that sounds like too much fun! My husband is in the Navy, so they dictate when we can get away. I'll have to check with him and see what his schedule will be like!

Oh, I wish we could swing the Hanna trip...that's less than an hour away from us, and it looks beautiful! That's our anniversary weekend and we already made plans. I'll def be interested in another trip there, tho...it looks like a great place!!!

Are there any trips to Fort Clinch any time soon? We have gone there many times just for the day, but never to camp and were hoping to give that a shot!

At my last count we had 13 tent campers registered here. Although I will admit that they do not seem to post very often. I am not sure why as we treat all campers the same regardless of their equipment.
