I was searching to net to find a way to stay cool on those hot summer night and I found this... http://www.roshgo.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?page=rc01/CTGY/00408 Anyone ever heard of or used this? I was thinking about getting one or two. What do you guys/gals think?

| This is not a new Idea they used to call them Swamp Coolers. With the humidity we have here in FL it might be better than nothing but not much better. I think you would go through allot of ice and still be hot.

we used to tent camp and I looked at that. I personally don't think it will work. I can't keep ice in a closed ice chest on a Florida summer day. Let alone one with the lid open pulling all hte cool air out.
I did find this though, looks interesting but on the expensive side

| I have seen stand alone A/C units in tents and even window units.
