Ok.....

This is what we desided on besides the cocktails.......

We are going to do a Turkey Breast or Turkey depending on how many people like dark meat (this would cover anyone that doesn't eat boil or can't eat it) or anyone that just wants some.

Side dish will be baked macaroni and cheese

Dessert will be a surprise (to me too since I have no idea yet LOL)  but hubby wants 7-up cake/cupcakes

Let me know if this is ok.....and if you like dark or light meat also we can either bake or fry (let me know as I try not to fry for obvious reasons but they are darn good!)

I think with the list of food we are all bringing we will probably be able to eat for several days LOL :P

We thought we would do a crock pot of Italian meatballs and some other yet undecided finger food.

Since we are going to have so much food should I reduce the amount of boil I was going to make?

I had planned on doing enough for every one but with this much food a lot will go to waste.

Maybe everyone should think about making smaller portions.  We are going to have allot of food.

I'm definitely going to have to do an early Saturday run.  Don't let me forget my shoes.

Phil, I think you're better off with cutting your boil down.  Wouldn't want you to have leftovers for the next 4 months.

There is going to be ALOT of food......we were only doing a Turkey because we do not eat the boil....at least we probably won't (we have never tried it) but as a rule we genreally don't eat shrimp...or a couple other things in it. We did offer to pitch in money for it casue we would like to at least try it.

We are doing the mac and cheese as a side for the boil.    But we could cut back some on all the food..

Or just make a big buffet and eat for two days........

whatever
