I drove down yesterday to pick up our TT and had to leave it there. I left it because I could still see the spider cracking in the TT. I don't know if they did some type of sealing where the crack is still visible but I left it there until I can speak with my assigned service rep and get to the root of what's going on. I envisioned a repair in which no trace of the cracking would be left. There were some items that I could not check without assistance or needing the TT to be plugged into a power source. I was told that someone would be there to go through the repaired items with me but that wasn't so. One of the other service reps tried to help but was not familiar with my case and was pretty busy trying to help others at the same time. Giving credit were its due the Service Manager Rodney and the Warranty Rep Dan were really helpful. I imagine my return visit will be better, since I'll go back during the week when my assigned rep is there.
All my goodies were still in my TT. The only items missing were my axle covers and one of my chocks. The regular service dept. manager said that they would order new ones; I required them to put that in writing because my experience from that day alone lead me to believe that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing down there.
My experience also has been that many of the people there get a little tense when you start asking a lot of questions or try to protect yourself as a customer. Maybe this is due to many a customer letting them have it .
The trip wasn't a loss because I got to check out Anastasia State Park and highlight sites that would be perfect for us. Now, I see why you can never get reservations there. I also got to see more of St. Augustine than I have ever seen; I had only been a few blocks pass the fort .

| Sorry to hear it did not work out. I presume this is warranty work and had to be done there. They still owe you an explanation as to why the cracking has not been properly repaired and what caused it. I know you must be frustrated and disappointed right now.

Fla-gypsy,
I could have actually used another shop but figured it would be quicker, less expensive, and less of a hassle since they are an authorized service center for Forest River. I am actually less frustrated since I know what's going on with our TT, that is know what concerns I need to have addressed. On Monday, I'm calling about getting my concerns resolved. Not knowing was working me over. Thank God, Aaron will soon be home and I won't have to take care of this kind of stuff.
