I count 20 NEFLCC member reservations so far.
Does anyone know where the pot luck and pancake breakfast will be held? Is there a covered picnic area that we can use? If a picnic area is available, do we need to reserve it ahead of time and are there sufficient electrical outlets? I can bring a couple of Honda Eu 2000 generators if needed.
I plan on bringing the Orion smoker and will smoke 6 racks of ribs for the pot luck. I will also bring an electric grill and two dozen eggs for the pancake breakfast.

I'm not sure yet. Maybe my sausage and rice cassarole. It's good hot or cold.
I also have a large electric skillet I can help fry bacon or something. I also have a screen room I will bring just in case (knock on wood that it don't) the weather misbehaves.

Redfrog has a good idea with the covered awning. We could probably use 2 or 3 of them because I don't see a picnic area in the campground. They could be pitched at one of the big camp sites if someone has room. We will also need a few tables.

I rented Nelly Blys kitchen so we will have a nice comfortable place to get together for the pot luck on Saturday. We will have seating for approx 40 to 50 people. It may be a little tight but I am sure we can manage.

I'm sure we'll figure something out for the breakfast on Sunday. We don't mind hosting the pancake breakfast. I guess we'll see how big our site is. We also have a quick shade canopy and a electric thing-a-majig to cook the pancakes on, plus no telling what else. LOL

Thanks Greg, I looked at the map. I think it is close to our site (from the map) #13. Oh NO.... number 13. Yikes.
I better bring my kitchen witch. Don't want to burn the pancakes.
I'm looking forward to the campout too.

I will find out tomorrow what time we can have the room. If we get it for the entire day maybe you could have the breakfast there on Saturday morning instead of Sunday. Just a thought.

I think we'll keep it for Sunday if it's ok. We won't be able to get there until Saturday morning because of Taylor's Color Guard schedule Friday night.

Donna said we will bring some sort of cold meat salad.
Greg has agreed to bring his campfire in a can. I have never had a smore from the campfire. I told Greg I would bring the fixings for smores to try out on his canned campfire. I'll try to bring enough for everyone to try. You Know really good Hershey Bars are expensive.. However, we went to the Factory.
I understand the "Tires" are thinking about bringing an "Inner Tube Souffle".
I would just as soon have some of Joe's fire grilled hotdogs.

Joe, I'll have two this time.

| I personally love hot dogs and there is no better way to cook them then on a stick over the campfire.
