This is great. So glad to meet others interested in camping. I grew up camping and can't seem to get enough. After a few years our family has gotten back into it. We have a popup and try to go about once a month. With school and sports back in full swing that may put a damper on things! I can't wait to get to meet some of you at one of your outings. I looked at the calendar but didn't see any dates scheduled. I would love to know about some of your upcoming events.
My husband and I have 3 kids--a 4 year old daughter and 2 boys ages 10 & 12 and we bring our dog whenever we go. We have only stayed in state parks because they have the most dog friendly rules.

After I registered and logged in--I was able to view the calendar. Looks like you have a few weekends booked that we may be able to join the fun. Does everyone typically book their own sites individually or do you do it in a group so that you are fairly close together. In the smaller campgrounds it wouldn't really matter---but someplace like Anastasia SP which is so large---you could really be quite far apart.
And for another question about my userid-gatrz1998---yes I am a gator/Florida alumni!!

GATORZ1998 We all reserve are own sites. There shoud be site numbers next to the name is of the members attending a campout. We post those so that every one can see where we are and try to get a site closeby.

| GATRZ: Thanksgining weekend there is usually a big Gator turn out @ Anastasia S.P. A lot of alumni, students and fans. We'll be there.

 hope to meet you soon!......we camp all over and have 4 dogs alot of the sp only allow 2 so we go were ever we can go usually that does not restrict the amount.
