We just found this group and are glad to be with y'all.

We have gone from a Coleman Westlake popup to  Starcraft Travel Star 19ck hybrid.:)

Our favorite local camping destination is Little Talbot Island and were looking forward to a trip there in our new camper in 2 weeks and another over Thanksgiving. We got the bad news yesterday that our reservations have to be cancelled due to the upgrades that are being done.:(

But that's not stopping us. We have made reservations at the KOA in St Augustine for Thanksgiving and also made a reservation at Little Talbot Island for 12/22-26. We've enjoyed camping at Thanksgiving before, but this will be the first time we do it for Christmas. I'm sure we'll have a ball.

Anyway, thanks for all the info that you provide.

I do miss it occasionally. I really miss the cold and enjoy Jacksonville the most in the winter.  I just wasn't meany to live in a hot climate. ;)

I wanted to add to my wife Linda's posting about being a da** yankee.  Despite my best intentions she's just not getting used to the southern climate.  It's probably working in reverse because I much prefer the great Cape Cod weather and seafood.
