We want to thank everybody for hosting a club like this. We have been Rving for a while. My wife and I go camping just about every other month. We love to meet new people and enjoy camping as a group.  We will not be able to make it to this year's gathering in March but looking forward to meeting some of you soon!

Thank you!

Omar and Heather

Welcome to the group Omar & Heather.  Although you cannot make it in March we sure hope to meet you all very soon.  Sweet RV you have!

Omar and Heather keep an eye on the calendar and join us when ever you can.  I have always wanted to do a bus conversion.  I think they are the coolest campers.   I want to use my truck with camper as a toad behind one of those things.

Bus conversions are the strongest and most durable Rv's you can buy. Most people do not believe we get 10-10.5 mpg  Our bus is 90% aircraft aluminum.

You can buy a decent conversion now a days for under $20,000. Of course, I'm sure most of you get more mpg than we do!

I forgot to mention, my Wife and I are professional Mc's/Dj's. We always try to host a "movie night" when we go camping. We have an LCD projector with a 60" screen that we bounce off our bus. Sometimes we have put together a campground wide party including special effect lights and everything. Karaoke around the campsite is another favorite too!

We love to entertain any chance we get with friends and family.

Well then it really is a shame that you will not be joining us in March.:D  Just kidding.  That sounds like fun.  It is really nice when you can incorporate your profession along with your passion for camping.

Wow 10 mpg  I only get that when the camper is off the truck.  When the camper is loaded I usually get around 7 to 8.

7-8mpg is normal for a gas vehicle or class A gas Rv. My Mother-in-law tows a large horse trailer with full living quarters and she gets 14-18mpg on her Dodge 2500 diesel truck. We had a 34ft Holiday Rambler that we loved very much but we never got better than 7-8mpg. Forget about towing a "toad" we did that once and our mpg dropped to like 4-5mpg. Our GMC Bus has a super charged 8v71 Detroit Diesel and weights close to 25,000lbs. You can tow any small vehicle behind and you will not even know is there.

It may not be as pretty and high-tec as the new Rv's out there but it gets the job done! :beer

Thank you Ms. Delores. When it comes to camping we are always thinking what the next "step" is going to be. We learned a lot from my Mother-in-law who started camping in tents years ago. She has more money than she should :) so over the years she has purchased just about every gadget you can think of for camping.

Now you are building the suspense around your rig. Put a date on the calendar so that we can check your rig out.
