Ok...   I'm gonna throw this out .... Let ya'll "smoke it over" and ya'll let me know what ya'll think !!!!

During our November gathering at Hanna Park, I brought a smoker and smoked a Boston Butt. I have spoke with Greg and Vicki and offered to smoke 2 Boston Butts and a Slab of Ribs for the potluck dinner. While I know that with all those who plan to attend, this may not feed everyone. I do think it will go a long way after you consider the chili and all the side dishes !!!

Please tell me what ya'll think !!!!

Clyde

LOL....althought I hate that bug....and its name
it is cute there....as long as it stays there!!!

But a update to above Pork Roast turned to chicken (thanks clyde!!) as he is doing all the "smokin" and the corn bread was a suggestion I thought maybe someone else would want to bring...since it goes good with the chili.
I know Lesa was also suggesting she may bring a couple of beef roasts (not sure if she is or not though)

I won't have room to do the corn bread since my oven will be tied up with pans of mac and cheese
and cakes...also a possible roast if need be (for Lesa)if smoker is full and she needs me too.

I do know I am making two pineapple upside down cakes though with the mac and cheese. Or one pineapple one strawberry shortcake (but was worried it might melt)

I don't know what the wife is going to do for a dish, but the oven in our rig is available for use if needed.
