Clyde,, I have a large Brunsfeld smoker we can use if needed,,only thing it is wood not gas. We would need some oak,pecan or cherry wood.I have used charcole but prefer wood. If you could help me load it on the truck I can bring it,,I'll even throw in my butt,,being a cop would that make it Pork?
Stan,,I believe the check in time is 1:00p but they don't adhere to it if remember correctly,,llke Greg said,,you can set by the lake if need be,,
