I don't think everything is booked--there are still some sights---however with reserveamerica, you can't book the day you are arriving so thats why it is showing unavailable. If you change your date to arrive on Sat. you will see the sights and it lists Friday as available/walkup. I think you can call reserveamerica on their 800 customer service # and book for same day arrival
