I know that every one has been very interested in finding out the Time and Place for our Second Annual Rally and I am very happy to announce that The location is...
Crooked River State Park in St Marys, GA.
March 20-21 2009
This Park was chosen for it's close proximity to the northeast Florida area and it's ability to handle all of our needs. There are 62 total sites. 49 of the sites can handle campers up to 50 feet in length some are pull through. There is a boat ramp with access to the Crooked River and I believe the St Marys river. I think it would be great if we added a fishing competition to the activities this year.
We will be using the group shelter as a base for the rally activities as well as the potluck dinner on Saturday night. I hope to have at least one RV dealer setting up a display of new campers at the shelter as well as any vendors that might want to join us. (if you are or know someone that would like to set up a booth at the rally please have them contact me at greg@neflcc.com)
The staff and management are very friendly and have agreed to work with us to ensure that our rally is a great success. The manager stated that March is one of their busiest months so I strongly recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible.
Stay tuned for more information regarding the rally in the months to come. I am sure that it will be bigger and better than last years.
I forgot to mention that all the rally activities are once again free thanks to the many volunteers and yet to be named sponors. You just have to pay for your site.

Yes this campground like all of GA's state parks are first come first serve for spots. You get to pick out any empty spot within your length range upon arrival.
I will add you to the list of attendees on the calendar.

YIPPEEEEE.....Steven, Taylor and me are in too. I've never stayed in a Ga SP before. I thought everyone was hiding their site numbers when I looked at the post.
