We were at Sam's Club a couple of weeks ago and had "lunch" on all the samples. A dessert we liked well enought to buy the ingredients for was the following:
Put a few dollops of your favorite lowfat yogurt (we use a small container of Activia) in a pretty wine glass (a martini glass is good, especially if you've just emptied it of martini). Then put two cold canned (Dole) mandarin orange sections on top of the yogurt. Now garnish with two mini vanilla wafers and serve. Yummy. Not too many calories. Very healthy. Don't get a lot of desserts that can say that.
This also makes a nice healthy little mid-afternoon snack.
