I grilled the chicken and fried the bacon at the same time. When the chicken was done, I laid the bacon on top, coverd with the cheese and let it melt for a second. I put some mayo and habenaro mustard on the bread and added tomato. Granny likes to add onion.
Some people add bbq sauce to chicken before the cheese.
