don't know if stuff is the correct term, but the only name I could think of.
roll your ground meat up like you would for a normal size hamburger (go a little large). cut in half and make two patties. dust each side with kosher salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. On one patty put shredded cheese, bacon bits, onion bits, etc, place the other patty on top and "combine" the edges. grill as normal.
I'm not very good at writing down the directions, but I am okay at doing the cooking

This one sounds good too. The wife and kids are going to like this recipe section as they are always telling me to try some thing new. I have a habit of making the same old thing. I do the cooking five days a week at home and all the cooking when we camp.

I do that with burgers too but use blue cheese we called them black and blue bugers
