My kids love these and we usually only make them when we are camping. They are our special treat that everyone looks forward to.
I use my electric frypan and set to 350-375 and heat 3-4 inchs of oil. (You could do on a stove/gas top as well) I use heat and serve biscuits--any brand. Separate the biscuits and punch a hole through the center. Place biscuits in hot oil and fry a couple of minutes until they are lightly brown and float. Flip over and fry the other side another couple of mins until golden. Remove from oil and immediately dip (or shake in a brown bag) in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Yum Yum! We usually will eat 2 or 3 packages of biscuits at a time. Not for the health conscious but a good treat for now and then!
