We camped at Hugueout for the first time this weekend and it was ok.  I would not call it a great place to camp but we will go again.  The only real draw back is that all the water front sites are on the main road to the beach so when they open the gates at 8:00 the traffic is very heavy and a bit noisy and then again at about 4:00 when people start going home in mass.  The bath house was ok they could use some hooks in the shower.  There are only two showers per gender and I did not use  or see the restroom which is separate from the showers.   The dump station is slightly up hill from where you park to use and does not have a water suppy to rinse your hose :(.  I found a new use for my outside shower.  I did run the generators the entire time we were there with no problems.  You are supposed to shut them off between 10 and 7 but we were far enough away from other campers that I did not see a problem and no one complained.  In fact the camper in the next site did the same.  There was a trail from our site to the river which gave us out own private beach it was fun to sit an watch the cargo ships go by.

If the City of Jax would spend the money on this park that they throw at Hanna it could be a first class camping spot. The beach at Hugenot (aka The Jetty's) is better than Hanna IMO.
