After Fort Clinch, I said to Donna, we aren't booked anywhere for the month of October.  We said it was a busy month for both of us but still wanted a get away.  I began to look for spots at various state parks and campgrounds that we had not visited.  All were either booked or too far for away for a 2 day.  I then thought of Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center Park at White Springs.  This is where we broke in the fifth wheel after purchase.  We booked a 2 day stay, Oct 12-13.

A real nice and roomy campground with a lot of peace and quiet.

I'm going to miss you guys boo hoo :(  We'll be in the keys with my folks and Mark's folks.  Have a great time.  And if we catch extra lobster on our trip I'll make sure to eat them in honor of you all.  :beer

Greg, we will arrive about 6pm on Friday site 18.  We plan to go to Live Oak for lunch on Saturday then drive to Suwannee River SP to check the progress of their campground renovations.  We went to Suwannee River SP last winter to check it out and the campground was a mess.  It is supposed to be finished next month.  You might want to tag along..

Richard

I am not sure what time we will arrive depends on what time Chris get's home from work.  Could be late.  We will pass on the lunch and tour.  We normaly don't leave the campground once we are set up.  Maybe we can get together Saturday evening for a drink around the campfire.

Greg

We won't be gone all day.  I kinda want to see what they are doing to Suwannee River SP.  The ranger told us they were going to add sewer along with cable.  I would have liked to believed him but , you know, how some people can be.  I would love to sit and toast a few when we get back.
