Thank you Theresa for hosting Friday night. Friday evening also happens to be the opening ceremony of the 2010 Olympics, which starts at 7:30 our time. I was wondering if anyone had a t.v. that we might be able to see the ceremony? We don't normally have a t.v. with us when we camp, what's the point in that? But it is a special occasion.
Just an idea
Mandy if we get there on time we have 3 in our camper. It all depends on reception.

I can bring a gallon of milk, whipped cream and fruit for pancakes. I'll have to bring Owen safe pancake batter, but I can also bring regular batter if someone doesn't mind doing the flippin' or occupying the lil ones so I can do the flippin.
I can host for the potluck on Saturday, but I'll need help with the cooking as we don't have any grilling surface.

Mandy, ditto on the tv's as we also have 3. I keep a grill in the camper (Coleman Road Trip LX), but the LP fuel system has to be connected to my camper unless you have them little green bottles.
We have never hosted a potluck before, but we are willing!

| O.k. I will set up my TV outside and hope for reception. I will make my sausage and egg cassarole for brunch. I am so ready for this trip, it has been way to long for me.

Richard I agree with Mandy you should host this one. I'l bring my grill also so we'll have lots of grilling space. All you need to do is smile and keep track of who is bringing what.. on the website. I think I'll bring BBQ pork spare ribs That should get ya started.
Mandy... after all Jimmy's tires turn yellow.. do ya think he'll learn??? Just askin!!

Mandy... I use Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and Coors Light to soak the ribs. I'll have to check about the soy/egg/nuts...

I have no plans to use it any time soon....do you want to hold on to it and see if you'll need it again? If not then bringing it to the campground would be fine.
