| if your little ones are into Thomas I really recommend a Day out with Thomas. Makes for a good camping trip. Its even worth a stay at Oak Mountain in AL

Joe, I just checked, there are 46 sites still available at Ga Veterans. Our friends I told you about will join us at Laura Walker and Ga Veterans.

Joe or Richard,,what Hotels are near by. We will make reservations to stay and would like to know which one is closer...
Don't think we will be able to bring the Camper but JL loves trains and this would be a good weekend for him.Tee takes him to the Zoo just to ride the train.
Tee's Mother & Father may join us for the weekend,,they won't stay ina camper,,,spoiled,,LOL!!

| Hello Phil, I think Georgia Veterans has Cottages near the campgrounds This might be worth checking into I have never been there so I can't really tell you much........

For that weekend,,,staff said they book about 6 months ahead,,they also said they would put me on a list if any one canceled,,first come first serve list,,never heard of that before,,but I gave my info anyway,,

Phil,
Cordele is 11 miles east of the SP. I would imagine that would be the closest place for a Hotel.
