I have always wanted to go there. We have been thinking of going to Black Rock Mountian state park in Ga for spring break this (school) year. We may stop there for a night or two on the way.

The laser show is awsome,,,very nice camping there. We will have to set up a date in the cooler months next year for a group outing.

We are thinking about Aprill 4th-6th at Stone Mountain Next year.. Our Itinerary so far is to spend March 28th-29 in Marietta Ga. camping in Chris's Auntie and Uncle's driveway then off to Black Rock State Park in Mountain City GA. from March 30th-April 3rd. Then it is Stone Mountain from the 4th-6 and home.

| Black Rock looks pretty cool. Is it about a 6hr. drive up to Stone Mountain from Jax? Just thinking whether or not Mark will need to take an extra day off for a 3 day weekend.

Black rock is very cool it is the hightest point in GA. Chris and I tented there about 10 years ago and really like it. Last time we were there was in October and it got down to 23 brrrrr. I think it will be nice in the spring. A three day weekend might be a good Idea for a six hour drive with the little one.

Yea that is spring break. Keep in mind anyone interested in Black Rock State Park the sites are limited to 25' and from what I remember they mean it. Also the road up the mountain is very steep and curvey so make sure you have good brakes.

Maybe we can take some extra time and go up to Gadsden Al and stay at the Falls,,,,what do you think Kelly and Dan?
