fla-gypsy, any meat you smoke I'm sure will be perfect.

If you smoke it, they will come (and eat)!

Thanks, I am doing a turkey breast on July 4 to hone my skills, that might be a good one for labor Day. We really enjoyed the meal we had with you guys at Salt Springs, look forward to doing it again.

I just love you guys.  Nothing like a smoked butt.

Fla-gypsy - You know we love anything you smoke!!

You guys just crack me up.

Mandy - nice to see you are still in good spirits. :D

I'm trying to figure out what to bring myself.  I know I'll bring a Pound Cake. I'm still trying to figure out my speciality.

We will be making an unbelivable home recipe of sweet potato souffle. I will probably also be bringing a good desert, just don't know what yet.

If anyone has to cancel (which I hope no one has to) let me know and I'll take over your ressie and pay you for it. I will keep checking reserve america just in case someone else does. Hope that I can join yall another time.

In talking to the manager at SF all the walk ups are being used but work campers. Anything could change by labor day though.

Still looking. If anyone does cancell on line, it will probably be a last minute thing. But I'll keep checking just in case. I hope I can make it. Will be nice to put faces to the names I'm reading here.
