| If you noticed I put the kitten in hiding and had the daycare kid and the police up keeping an eye on you and your BBQ threat.

I will get our rig ready this weekend for labor Day if Fay checks out. I still have to attempt to straighten the door from the burglary.
Greg will be giving a Smore instruction class during this trip so I hope all will attend. I understand this Smore class will feature Paula Deen's famous smore recipe which as most of you know contains 2 lbs of lightly salted butter. Greg will expose us to the tiny doos and don'ts of safe and tasty smore making.
Seriously, be prepared to toast your own smore Saturday evening after the Pot Luck. I will bring all the fixings, probably enough to make everyone sick. Greg has agreed to furnish the campfire in a can along with the know how.
Joe, Flat Tire and Dana, Spare Tire have agreed to host a meet and greet near Joe's "Custom Toy Hauler" Friday night. I know Joe will jave some great stories to pass along. Be sure to stop by site #34 and say hello to Joe and Dana and those new friends that you only know by their posting on this website.
We hope to see you all.

| With the storm going through there this week you may be able to catch an opening in the next couple of days.

Al, I am not sure as to the time for the pot luck. I think Greg will chime in on this.
Al AKA as fla-gypsy

Al, I was looking at the river level this morning. As of right now, the river is at 58' at White Springs. Flood stage is 77 feet. If the storm gets on out of here, we will be OK but if it stays another 12 hours, our trip may be under water. The Suwannee will not crest for several days. They will close I-75 when the river gets to 88'. The last time that happened was in April, 1973. Keep your fingers crossed.
