Steve,, when are you planning this trip?

We go to Bradenton often and have wanted to stay at Little Manatee River near Tampa/Bradenton?

I think we will leave on July 25th and plan on returning on the 28th or 29th.

Steve,

We normally stay at Happy Traveler off I 75 , east on Fowler exit 265 about 3/4 mile.  http://www.happytravelerrvpark.com/

Riverview is a few miles further south.  I found Hidden River in the Campground review area.  Scroll down to the second campground.

I'll second Fort Desoto Park but it's across the bay from Riverview.

We just got back from there today.  Absolutely beautiful and our new favorite spot.  The campground can be tough to get a spot at though but they do keep some sites for walk ups.  If I were going to be in the Tampa area I would absolutely stay there.
