Heather and I are planning to spend this year's Thanksgiving at Swannee Music Park and are wondering if anybody else would like to join us???

They really go all the way for this weekend. They start with having a golf cart Christmas Parade thru the campground with festive music. At the end of the parade you get to drive thru miles of Christmas lights displays with music! There are music performances scheduled as well as lots of activities for everybody. Here is the link for the campground:

Pllease let us know if you would like to join us? I will be making our reservations next week.

Thank you!

Just got back from SOSMP this afternoon.  LoCash Cowboys put on a concert Saturday night and "WOW" what a show it was.  Non stop action and music.  They played everything from country to rock & roll.  The wife had to buy all their CD's!

We will be going back after Thanksgiving when the 5 million christmas lights are turned on between Nov 27 to Dec 25.  We were there last year for the lights, Christmas dinner and Elvis Christmas show which was fantastic.

We were there last year for Thanksgiving too. We went ahead and booked this year's Thanksgiving while we were there. We are going to spend Turkey Day at home with the rest of the family and as soon as we can, we will be heading that way. I think we are in site #56 and we will be participating in the Golf Cart parade again this year too!!!

Hope to see you there!
Richard
