We have an '05 4-Runner for sale. It is an SR5 although it is loaded with every option a Limited has; Leather, sun roof, DVD, power all, keyless remote, CD, V6, 2wd, new(ish) tires....
It has 93,000 miles. Most of those are from going back to Birmingham every couple of months. My wife and mother-in-law can't seem to cut the umbilical cord. But Toyota is known for going 200,000 miles or more with no problem. In fact, our last 4-runner made it 215,000 with only a new timing belt before we traded in.
Edmunds.com list the values as follows: retail-$18538, private party- $17058, trade in- $15447
We will sell it for $15,000. We are tired of fighting dealers about how much they want to screw us. So we are selling privately. We don't want to make a killing off of a private buyer, so we will take fair trade in value. That way we make more, and someone still pays less. I would rather give a real person a deal than give a large dealer extra profit. You can have it checked by a mechanic if you would like, just call for arrangements. We will drive to meet any serious offers.
This is the cleanest truck you will see. We have it detailed regularly and there are no scratches, no dents, no cracks in the leather, and no stains in the carpet. Hard to believe with a child but it's true.
E-mail me at Simon@FNEGI.com if you're interested. We want to get an Armada before our next baby gets here in May, so let get this done. I'll put pictures on here soon, I promise.
