| I have had my eyes open for a flag / light post but nothing has caught my eye. I really like the Nightflys wooden sign but I can't seem to find those either. It would be really nice to have a small American flag, family name, and of course our camping club flag on a lighted post. Any ideas?

Richard, thank you so much. I might try to figure out a modification that would accomodate an American flag. Or, I might just follow the directions.... hmmm.

| I am thinking about modifying mine and add a photo cell to it, That way I don't have to unplug it and plug it back in every day.

Okay.....Today I stopped by Home Depot on the way home from work and bought me one of those photo-cell sensors. I didn't realized they had so many to choose from. The one I got is very small, so I figured that it wouldn't be as noticeable (The little black dot just under the light in the picture below). Also I went ahead and added some more eye hooks so I can hang the camping flag without any modifications.

I turned the flash off on the camera, so you can see it lit up.

| I am going to make one as well. Richard did you glue it all together or can you take it apart for storage.

I glued it in certain areas so I can take it apart. The sections that I glued together is listed in the directions.
Greg, let me know when your going to make it and I can come by and help as you live right around the corner from me. Robert if you live on our side of town, maybe we can make it light post building get-together.....lol Just another excuse to down a few....If not and you run into a problem give me a email or call and I can hep you out.

Ok, well I wanna be in the cool camping light club too. So I think I am going to make one as well. Richard, thanks for the advice and directions!
Last year I got the crazy idea that I wanted to make those cool PVC pipe ducks that I always see in the camp grounds. I made about 3 of them and that seemed to cure the itch. Wonder how many light poles I will need to make???
