I smoked a 14lb turkey today and it was delicious. I hope everyone's turkey was as good as mine.

Looks delicious.  We cooked ours in the rotisserie, it was good - I didn't think to take any pictures...could only think about eating.

Allen and Paula smoked their turkey.

Omar & Heather and Theresa joined us for dinner and then John and Rita joined all of us for a sit down around the fire, we had a great time.

So far, we are having a great camping trip.  Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving...enjoy the weekend.

14 lb bird, smoked at 300 for 4.5 hours. Used a mix of hickory and maple for smoke. Turned out very good

Hey Al.....That is a nice looking turkey but I'm more interested in the brand of cigar you have!

My favorites are Monte Cristo, but I also enjoy Cohiba, Fuentes, Romeo y Juliet. There are plenty of lesser known brands producing premium smokes these days also. I am not real picky as long as it is a large ring size, medium bodied smoke with a Connecticut shade wrapper prefferably from the Dominican Republic, Cuba, or Nicaragua.

We'll be at Ft. Wilderness next weekend.  I'll pick up some cigars at the Sosa Family Cigar Co. at Downtown Disney while I'm there.  I'll bring them to our camping trip at Oleno S.P. in February.

After a hard days work in the yard today I decided to try one of the H. Upmann Cameroon cigars I picked up at Total Wine last weekend.  That place can satisfy just about all your vices!  My brother is the family cigar
connoisseur so he said to try them if I want something very mild and it was.

From smoked turkeys to smoked humans I love it. :)

Total Wine is great. It is the only place I find Iron City Light. Drinking this Pittsburgh brewed beer reminds me of home.
